Okay so I went to go get my hair done this past week, it was okay but I felt like they braided too hard and tight. They need to work on their customer service skills as I didn't enjoy being in pain half of time while getting the style I wanted. Now it feels like I'm gonna have a aneurysm or something.
Ok for braids. Crochet....NO!!! She does not know how to install Crochet braids properly and does not know how to separate the hair into smaller pieces or create invisible parts. You're better off letting them braid your hair down and Crochet yourself. Me and my coworker work right across the street and came here together. Both of our styles were falling out with big chunks of loose crochet hair. They quoted her $100 and quoted me $80. Same style. Same day. Never again.
The ladies dont play! They do work fast and get right to it, i seen No fooling around like eating and walking off. The only complaint is when you question them on the styling of hair or pricing, they do tend to speak in foreign language to each other like you aren't the one who ask the question (its rude). I had to ask what is being said a couple times. they all speak english very well when it comes to what you want done or money exchanges. Overall they kool, well from what I experience this far and I will return again. I have a daughter thats a regular already and took my other daughter back, so try them out.
