This appears to be a clean establishment, and the staff do a nice job and seem polite. I have been to this establishment at least 4 times, and my experience with the manager/owner is not as pleasant as the staff. During my latest experience, I had services of less than $60 and wanted to find out if I could add tip on my card. She answered in such a nasty way, implying I did not spend enough to want to tip. The tip was not for her, so it did not seem to matter to her. This is on brand, as she acks unkindly towards her staff as well. I have witnessed this in all my visits to this store. This was my third time going for a pedicure and first time for a basic manicure. I haven't had a problem and I am happy with the service and the prices. I will be a regular customer, hopefully, from now on.
