The non medical staff were extremely kind and professional, and went out of their way, on their own time, to help my elderly mother obtain a ride home. One young woman waited in the freezing garage with my mother till the Uber arrived.

The medical care in my case has been very good. The only complaint I have about that site is the following. They called me on a Friday at 1:59pm because they had to reschedule my appointment for November. They left me a message that they will call as soon as they can. Because that day they closed at 2pm. I call Saturday during their work hours. I called 7 times and they answered the phone but they told me "Dermatology, please hold" and they left me on the phone, all 7 times it was more than 10 minutes on hold and they never answered me. I've been going there for years and had the pleasure of getting Dr Son to treat me at my initial visits. The other practitioners are good too. But if you make an appointment expect to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by them. Previously their office opened at 7am and the staff was always late, they changed it to 8am and the staff are still late. They stroll in past the opening time and not a word of apology for the delay or acknowledgement.
