I have private insurance and I can go to any doctor but I choose to come here because I like the idea of recourses being poured back into my own community but I give up . Literally will Never come here again . It’s always a struggle or something with appointments go months and months without my insulin only resolve the issues when I see admin . I’m over it .

If your appt is at one time expect to see the provider 2 hours later and be sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour then in the exam room for another hour. I gave this office the benefit of the doubt my first visit but I will be switching providers now. An appt should not exceed the time they take. Stop over booking appts or get more providers. The pt should not have to deal with this issue.

This is coming from a pediatric patient at this facility, and I just want to say that the service is HORRIBLE. Employees are always with an attitude. It takes an hour just for you to get called back. And no one answers the damn phone. I was recently diagnosed with MCTD which is a rare autoimmune disease. I’ve had it for OVER 2 years but every time I told them about my symptoms they always dismissed it and said “it’s just because you’re growing.” I am now a teenager who has damage to certain organs and has to take medication every single day just to feel normal, if they listened to me this would’ve never happened. OH AND ALSO I had a physical done in SEPTEMBER and I’ve been trying to get a copy of it for OVER A MONTH now, my mom has been constantly calling and going into the office asking if it’s ready yet, and guess what, it never is. She went in TWICE this week already and not once was it ready. I need this copy because I run track for my highschool and I have a meet on Monday, and they won’t let me compete unless I have my physical. I would HIGHLY suggest taking business elsewhere because it is clear to me that they can’t handle the workload. I am not naming people because I actually know maturity and how to respect people unlike the workers there. TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
