DEFINITELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOUR IGNORED, THE TALL BIG DOMINICAN LADY IS RUDE AND UN CLASSY,LOUD WITH A CLIENT AND YELLING IN HER PHONE. SHES ROUGH WITH HER CLIENT AND YELLS AT THEM. THIS PLACE IS SO OUTDATED AND EVERYTHING LOOKS RUSTED AND IT SOMETIMES STINKS LIKE ROTTEN WATER SMELLS LIKE THEY HAVE PIPE ISSUES. EVERYTHING LOOKS UNSANITARY. THERE PROBABLY GOOD IN HAIR BUT MANI/PEDI IS A FAIL AND UNSANITARY. DONT RECOMMENDED

Honestly I didn't like my experience... I did a pedicure and wasn't pleased at all... I put my foot in the water dirty and it came out dirty…why do a customer no matter the race or maybe it's the community so they stigmatize clients and each gets treated according to appearance..should feel categorized…well that's how I felt …and no one seems to speak English or cared to understand my concerns, I felt I was being a bother to them to do the service I went there for... I don't know if the lady who took the liberty of cleaning my toes up was in charge, I understand my toes had callus.. but telling me not everyone there clean them up is beyond me... (isn't cleaning up a part of the service??!?) I'm not the one to complain but if l'm to beg for a service I come to your establishment trusting to get done by professionals it's best I stay home and do it myself..Just to clarify I wouldn't have a problem paying extra to clean my toes up properly , but if so be the case maybe a sign should be outside advertising that ... not letting me feel I’m the first customer they’ve ever seen with callus on their toes…I paid $31.99 in total this includes the pedicure techs tip.. I was trusting to feel relaxed after the service but I’m one dissatisfied customer…

Less than one star. Not worth your trip the money for any type if simple blow dry! I explained I need a good blow dry in Spanish I spoke to them n most horrible wash n blow dry My 6 year old would’ve done better job! Don’t go
