’ve visited this store many times in the past, but stopped going about five years ago and started shopping at Ulta instead. I recently returned in 2026, and unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing.
The woman who works there is welcoming and does her best to assist customers. However, the man’s behavior was unnecessary—when asked simple questions, he was irritable and came across as rude. Keep in mind, the local community keeps your business thriving. I don't spend money with people that treat me as such.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The employees are well-trained and ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. Their passion for beauty is evident, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you leave satisfied.

Mona is really sweet, personable and so easy to work with. She also made you feel so comfortable which is really important. You could tell from the moment you met her that she knew exactly what she was doing and that she loves her job : ) She is highly talented and passionate.

Make sure the Man that’s behind the counter charges you properly, take your own calculator if possible, he likes to speed charge , and make sure he places all items purchased in bags, he likes to charge items and not place them in the bag, when you go home you realize is not there, also does not give a RECEIPT for purchased items. I bought an expensive shampoo only to realize when I got home the shampoo wasn’t in the bag, but he sure did charge it!!
