Very nice place. Been going for over 10 yrs. The braided are very efficient and fast. But. Neat. Clean shop. Weaves too. They are Nice African Women who from time to time like to speak their own language which is okay. They are not rude. You don't need an appointment just come early. Sat and sun you will wait because it's busy

To be fair, I will give them 3 stars and not 1 since my previous experiences were ok. Yesterday was a nightmare. Not only they gave me a newbie who ignored my request not to braid my hair too tight for a sew in. Two different stylists had to correct my hair. At one point they had to unbraid part since my head was pounding from the pain. By the way bring your earplugs for music, cause the talk and noise they make, the conversation will drive you crazy. I am looking for a different place to get my hair done.

Your hair will always look fantastic, but your experience was likely so so. There's no official structure, no real honoring of appointments but the braiders are super talented and your braids, twists, will be long lasting and fabulous. As someone else mentioned, always always be there first thing in the morning.
