We had an issue with our heating unit. The unit was turning on, but no heat being produced.So I called heat and cooling factor. Although she was on a job, she took the time to speak with me and troubleshoot the issue.. I was placed on the schedule for the following day..She was on time and very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done. Our heating unit is now fixed and 100% thank to Heating & Cooling Factor.
