They allowed someone to practice with my hair. The person didn’t even detangled my hair while washing just to break my hair while blowing it out. He didn’t apply leave-in and didn’t section my hair with a comb. I have thin hair that is very easy to blow dry. I requested my hair to be wrapped with the hope for it to be great the next day. He didn’t know how to do rolls or even wrap my hair. My hair is poofy and the edges are crazy. On top of that the owner allowed for him to set an outrageous price. First and last time. Should have waited the morning for the other salon to open.

Took my wife there and they made her wait forever. She had an appointment and they began her hair by shampooing and wetting her hair and they left her sitting in the chair for aboit's in the chair for about 45 minutes while they tended to another person. My wife was very annoyed but did not say anything. She has been to many other beauty so long that focus on just the person they're caring for. It's just basic common sense with any business if any business attend and focus your work on what you're doing with one person and avoid multitasking Is just to make more money.

I bought a coupon right before covid, the groupon doesnt expire until November 4th. When I called to make the appointment they told me they dont honor groupon anymore. So unprofessional.

Love love Diana Leach!!
The salon itself is such a postive homey environment it’s easy to spend a couple hours in there and not notice. So many people came in with friends or family. One of the other stylist held a customers baby when she got fussy so mom could get her hair cut.
My hair color came out great and so happy to start my blonde process there. Can’t wait to go back and get even more platinum !

The ladies here are nice but not very attentive. They always take on 2-3 customers at a time making people sit in the chair all day long. The one young girl will be in the middle of doing someone's hair and just takes off leaving the salon. I don't understand how she's allowed to do that. Their prices are fair but you don't always get what you ask for or pay for. I asked for a keratin treatment & I never got it. I've gotten them several times before and they didn't use the correct methods. My hair also didn't have the same effect as I've gotten in other salons. Their good for cuts and mediocre for color but I'd suggest not going there for anything else.
