I’ve lived in the area my whole life, me and my family has been there before in the past, but the last time I went a couple months ago, they snuck a relaxer or texturizer in my hair without me knowing, it was already pre-mixed in a unmarked bottle, I don’t speak Spanish but I heard them consulting about it, it was very obvious, but I didn’t know the extent, i thought it was just a question or conversation about choice of products. Because I didn’t know about it, I didn’t follow the proper after care and my hair ended up falling out, breaking off, I had a bald spot, I had to cut my hair into a mushroom bob (my hair was slightly past my shoulders) and I can still faintly smell it when I wash my hair all these months later. My hair does take a bit of elbow grease, but I’ve been doing it since I was 12, I never go to salons, but I figured I could be lazy this one time and take the time to get it done. Ps- I am a black women.

My Daughter and me have been coming to this shop for years before COVID . Haven't been back till 2024 shop till open, same owner, same bueno service,!!!!!! Highly recommended for all services & a friendly atmosphere!!!!!!
