I had a really great experience with De Paola Monument Co., Inc. during a very difficult time. Choosing a tombstone for my grandmother was something I was emotionally not prepared for, but Scott made the entire process so much easier.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate from the moment we started working together. Scott took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured while making such an important decision. We recently worked with De Paula Monuments to add an inscription, and the entire experience was handled with professionalism, care, and respect. In our past experience their craftsmanship and engraving was excellent—clean, precise, and exactly as we requested. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure every detail was right before completing the work.
