The staff was very professional, and they saw to it that I was pleased with everything. The funeral director, who was in charge of my loved one, made it a point to answer all my questions and concerns, and if he couldn't, he made sure he got back to me.

Cotton has taken care of funeral service of a few of our family members. So we decided to use them for my mom. They've provided exceptional service in the past, but this experience was outstanding. This past weekend, I had to lay my mother to rest and they made a difficult process a little bit easier. From start to finish they were great. The communication. My Father passed away on March 3 and I live in Atlanta so you can imagine the level of stress planning his funeral.
