My wife and I attended the services for Ruth Benjamin and we have never been so touched and impressed with the absolute professionalism and care given by the directors of Cotton. The services were engaging, inspiring, emotional and brilliant. Truly, I struggle to find sufficient wording to describe today’s wonderful experience. The deacon and ceremonial speakers made us actually feel happiness and joy in a time of sadness. ..an absolute class act!!!
The staff was very professional, and they saw to it that I was pleased with everything. The funeral director, who was in charge of my loved one, made it a point to answer all my questions and concerns, and if he couldn't, he made sure he got back to me.
