I have been going to Elements for a couple years now and look forward to my relaxing monthly massage. Adriana is incredible and helps with whatever I have bothering me at the time. She checks in to make sure the pressure is alright and gives me tips on how to adjust myself to continue feeling healthy. I love her use of heat during the massage as well. I will continue going to Adriana for my monthly relaxation! Thank you!
They provide a very professional and relaxing environmen. From friendly staff to amazing massage therapists, I highly recommend Elements. I have used several massage therapists and they are all great, but I especially love Jen and Adriana. Recently, Adriana provided a massage that was so extremely relaxin, I felt I was floating on a cloud. I would highly recommend her!
Adriana was excellent! Her pressure was exactly what I needed. at the end of our session she took the time to tell me what she thought Ike could improve upon to help my workouts from an athletic perspective. She was actually the only one that has ever done this after all of my years is getting a massage. I will definitely be back to her.
