Terrible customer service. AC units are still not cooling after they were serviced by Dennis. I contacted him 2 days later and told him I continued to experience the same issue. I have been texting him and no response. Almost a month into this mess my husband was able to get a hold of him via phone and Dennis cussed him and hung up! I should have read the reviews which clearly I didn’t. So money lost. I honestly don’t know how he is still in business.

Always does an excellent job. Only guy who Masters the baseboard loop off of a steam boiler. Had my first AC put in by him over 20yrs ago and just replaced it along with my steam boiler.
