I've been going here for many years. The owners are really nice as well as the other employees. Sometimes a machine may be down but that can happen anywhere. There are still plenty other machines to use. Machine sizes and prices are fair. Overall, this is a good place to do your laundry. There's also a 7-11 across the street as well as a pizzeria next door.
I went to another place locally for many years. The ladies there were great, but the last few times my clothes smelled really bad, like moldy. I did say something about it. But it didn’t change. That was 2 years ago. That’s when I started coming here. Nice ladies here also, and my clothes are neat and smell great! They even gave me a free laundry bag. I never got that the 9 years I used the other place.
Pickup and return service is great, however, getting someone on the phone for pickup has become a chore, rings and rings, usually have to call several times hours in between till someone picks up phone. no answering service
