These guys are great! I’ve been here 4 times and every time I have been satisfied with their customer service and satisfaction. They know what they are doing in regards to pressure washer and equipment repairs. The front receptionist is very nice too! I will only use them whenever I have an issue with my mobile detailing set up and I recommend you do too!

RJP Hotsy is top-notch! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me back in business. They quickly diagnosed issues with two of my trucks and had them up and running within hours. It’s rare to find a company so committed to their clients and willing to go the extra mile. After being beat by the same repair shop for 20 years, I finally made the jump to Hotsy. My machine had a malfunctioning pump that never really ran right since new. It wasn't putting out the correct pressure or GPM. They installed a new pump and took the time to correct and simplify the connections. Eric and Emma have been awesome to work with and will solely be the reason I return. Their customer service is top notch. Eric and Emma make the customer feel appreciated and Eric is easy to work with. If you haven't tried them yet, its worth a go!
