The Spa at the Heldrich is definitely a reason to stay here. The one hour each that my wife and I spend with her makes the stay 100 percent worth it. Kristina is a true professional and is very catering to the specific needs of her clients. My wife and I enjoy massage therapy many times during the year and we can both say that this is by far the the best massage we have gotten in NJ. We will definitely be back and will tell everyone we know to come here. The hotel should do a better job promoting her and the Spa. It’s really a reason to stay in this hotel. It was difficult to get a couples massage as they are understaffed which is understandable. When we got there the door to the spa was locked as there was only one person working there. We were then stuck waiting in the hotel hallway with another customer who felt the need to tell us his life story. The massage was good but it was mostly a back and neck massage. The extremities were worked on for a total of 10 minutes. Word of advice...warm the massage lotion. It was a shock to my system every time more ice cold lotion was applied. I'm not rushing back there.
