From start to finish all of the people I dealt with were friendly and efficient. There were nice reminders and good communication throughout the process. I am very happy with the quality and ease of use of my shutters. The timeline was honest and fair. We did 2 windows, installation was less than 1/2 an hour. I highly recommend these shutters.

I’m going one room at a time in my house, and after starting with plantation shutters in the basement, I was so happy with the product and installation that I immediately moved on to the dining room. The transformation is unbelievable — so much more brightness, elegance, and warmth came into the space. I recommend Sunburst Shutters to everyone. They are the best, what a wonderful team. Nicole is very pleasant and efficient...she's a joy to talk to. Anthony the sales rep came out did measurements and explained everything to me, he also installed the shutters and was very pleasant.
