The place looks incredible, but when you try to book an appointment over the phone, the assistants are extremely rude and hang up on you if you ask for help in Spanish; they won't let you speak for even two seconds—they just hang up and don't answer. You have to keep calling for nearly four hours until one of them finally agrees to speak with you and schedule an appointment. 💔

You have an appointment but you still have to wait for a long time before you see the Dr.
