Came here to try and resolve an issue with my Frieghtliner Cascadia. I was passing through jersey I looked on Google and went with the best reviews .. was not disappointed before going there I called and spoke with the young lady at the front office (She was amazing giving me feed back on what the issue could be .. you know 99% of the time you call a truck stop and it’s a female she will just direct you to a tech asked them a question and they don’t know anything ..ijs). First time here and I needed about 5 things done beside the main reason I came here. Which came here because my automatic 2016 Frieghtliner Cascadia switched gears to manual on its on and wouldn't switch back to automatic drive. I was literally 11 hrs away in South Carolina nervous because no shop knew what they was talking about and didnt have time for immediate service. So i started watching a video about what my problem might be. I came across a video on YouTube of a guy having a similar problem I was having. Which he got the problem resolved by this shop.
