It's never easy to ask for help, to seek out strangers to help you carry a heavy load. Most of us try to do it on our own or with the help of friends, neither is necessarily advisable, particularly when the weight of the world, trauma, loss are so unforgivingly, inescapably heavy. That's when an org like EISS is absolutely necessary. If I told you that they could do what felt impossible, change my mind, lift my spirits, inspire me towards mindfulness and improve and increase my self-esteem, would you believe it? Im shocked seeing the reviews I cannot believe what some people are writing. I had an absolute wonderful experience. My therapist rachel was amazing. I miss her. The nurse practitioner who took care of my meds was wonderful. Her name was Grace. I miss her. Also I just don’t understand why people had terrible experiences. I had a great experience and I wish I could go back and I probably will, as I have not found a therapist that I like since
