Didn’t catch her name but she knows the work she did . Went in there for the first time with an idea and this look was ATE DOWN. I’m so happy with he results , definitely will be returning .
Been going here for the last few months, the service has been OK nothing special, it sucks that only one person does gel nails I came in after they opened and no one was there to do nails, I sat and waited until she came in which wasn't a big issue cause I had nothing to do in the morning, about 20 minutes later she comes and straight to doing my nails, everything was fine until customers came in and then the her whole attitude changed, she became snotty towards people, hanging up on people and just rude, I showed her the design I wanted and needless to say she literally put no effort into doing it AT ALL, I was to aggravated to even complain after I paid $70 but I think that's going to be my last time going...
This place has changed hands a few times but i think the present operator and staff are winners. Open mondays. Not crowded. No upsell and great service. Leg and foot massage was thorough and amazing. Ask for Betsy. Skilled and very sweet too.
