We were on vacation in Asbury Park for the very first time when our dog had a problem. I found Neptune via Google search and took a chance. They saw us immediately and took great care to diagnose and treat our dog, who they didn't know at all. When we got home two days later, our home vet said Neptune did everything right. Now, a week later, he is all better AND Neptune called just to check in. Unexpected and wonderful. Our thanks to the entire staff. We knew Asbury Park was a pet-friendly town, but never expected to have to put that to a test like this.

It can't be understated how much I appreciate the care given to my aging family member with multiple serious ailments. Even though I received awesome care from her last vet, I felt it was time for a change. My visit with Neptune Animal Hospital was well received by the staff and doctor, and my old gal said she gives them a " round of appaws"!

Dr. Lorenzo, Rocco and the staff at Neptune Animal Hospital are fabulous. There is not a more caring veterinarian than Dr. Lorenzo. We found him by accident 18 years ago and we feel so lucky to have walked in their door. Our dog Jack had some kind of rash and his leg was raw. They took us immediately on Columbus Day - we had just moved here that weekend. They were with us every step of the way with Jack right up till the end. Caring, compassionate, kind and every other similar adjective describes their actions and support over the years. Our buddy Jack was 15 1/2 when he passed.
