“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!“

Pick up and drop off at the Red Bank location is quick and easy. Marissa is always super chill and great for quick chat. I LOVE that this place knows what technology is, and you get emails with a drop off confirmation as well as one when your order is ready for pickup.

“I brought my wedding dress here to be hemmed at the last minute. I had made an appointment with a seamstress in another dry-cleaners for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, only to have the seamstress be on vacation when I showed up. I needed my dress back in a week, and tried several places, all with seamstresses on vacation.

When I walked into Bright Star and they told me the seamstress wouldn't be back until next week, I sobbed. It wouldn't be enough time to get my dress hemmed. The lovely woman running the dry-cleaners asked if I would be okay with her pinning it and getting it to the seamstress to do as a rush. Not only was I okay with it, she saved the day. The dress was perfectly hemmed and pressed and Bright Star really pulled through for me.“

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. “Idk what these bad reviews are about- they're super old so maybe the business changed hands. I've been coming for months, switched from another local place-and I couldn't be happier. Super courteous, quick, and do excellent dry cleaning and laundry. The computer system is great (they don't rely on scraps of paper like some places!). Door is always open, no horrible smell, and the folks working inside look happy to be there. They've never lost a thing. I'm sure we'll be using them for years.“

“This place has been family owned for as a long as I can remember. The entire family, especially the son is always super professional, very pleasant and always greets you with a smile. I have been bringing my expensive clothes here to get dry cleaned and tapered for years and they consistently deliver. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, most of these negative reviews I’m reading are one-off rare occurrences. This establishment should have nothing but five star reviews.“
