“I live in Neptune near the border of Neptune City. I wanted to let others know about my fabulous experience with Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service LLC. I hired them to do a deep clean of my house. Donna was very professional, coming to my house when all the other businesses I contacted just gave me a quote over the phone without seeing where they would be cleaning. While they were slightly more expensive, I went with Sparkle and Shine because of their professionalism, knowledge, experience and friendliness. They did a fantastic job. Very detailed attention was given to each room. When they were finished, Donna walked me through each room to make sure I was satisfied. I was floored by how clean every room was. It was as clean as the day I moved into the house 8 years ago. Donna even called later on in the day to make sure I was really satisfied, which I was and am. Donna and her crew were great: very friendly, flexible, professional and thorough. They may charge more but it's worth every penny. Gary came out to the home and removed the drapes took them back to be cleaned and returned to reinstall. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. The drapes all came out like new.
