I had an appt with Dr. Benedetto today. After waiting in the waiting room for a bit, I was finally brought in the back. I laid on the table and was numbed for my procedure. After laying there quite some time, the doc finally poked his head in and said "oh, let me go find my partner" and he walked away, leaving the door ajar, with me laying there in only my bra, exposed to anyone that walked by. Thankfully I was on my stomach but I still didn't appreciate being on display. I waited like that for a few moments hoping they'd come back in. I got off the table and moved out of view and after about 10 more minutes of waiting, I put my shirt on and left. I was extremely upset to know I would have still been left exposed like that had I not moved. Extremely poor bedside manner and clear violation of HIPPA and my privacy.

I would actually prefer to not even leave one star. Certified dermatology is the worst doctors office ever. When you get to your appointment you are met with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional, immature behavior. After many years of working for Manhattan Physicians, this behavior comes from a lack of management. Trying to get someone to help you on the phone is another challenge all together My husband received positive results and needs further surgery The office never returns call to schedule appointments or discuss billing issues. So my advice, do yourself a favor and go to physicians that actually care how the offfice is run and how the patients are cared for. In my day of patient care this would not fly!!!!! PS Their site to accomplish anything, even leave a review is useless!!!!! Paula Leonard

in the holmdel office be ware nurse toldme to stop medication when i saw dr five dys later you told me tp appy one wek on one week off and then again called mffg told me after five weeks which is last week to stopnow good luck ad the front desk told me tyhe meication i picked up was ok it was differednt from the begginin so noe you have a dr nurse front desk good luck i will not be going their also thierid no mgr to complain to
