I called and left a message for A+ on a late Sunday afternoon. Early the next morning, I received a phone call from their office verifying my information and letting me know that I’d receive a call later the same day to set up a time for someone to visit my home, review the pending job and to give me an estimate. Soon after, I received a call from Jason and he arrived at my home that afternoon. We went over everything, he thoroughly answered all my questions and left me with an estimate. Two days later when my wife and I decided to go with A+, they contacted me and were prepared to do the job that Friday. When I explained that I wouldn’t be home Friday and although unnecessary, I preferred to be home during the job, they completely understood and accommodated us by coming to our home on Monday. TJ and Tyler showed up on Monday, went over the job with me and completed the job in approximately an hour. The job included the cleaning of my house, property line fence, driveway, stoop, pathway from the door to the driveway and the sidewalk. All in all, I found the company to be very efficient and very effective. More importantly to me, I found everyone I came in contact with from A+ to be extremely friendly, personable and helpful. This includes Jason who came out to evaluate the job as well as TJ and Tyler who performed the job!!! I even received a message from Brian asking if all went well and if I had any questions at all to please reach out to him. Having worked in an industry all my life where you needed to be a people person to succeed,I can honestly say the folks at A+ understand what quality customer service should look like 👍🏻 Well Done!! I hired A+ to install my Christmas Lights on my home this . They were amazing to work with. From giving me an estimate to scheduling my install date. They listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for! They didn’t try and sell me more like other businesses. I didn’t have to be home when they came for the install. They called to tell me they arrived and were done in an hour! I got home and the lights look exactly how I expected! I am getting so many compliments. Definately ready for the holiday season! I highly recommend a professional no pressure company who gives you exactly what you ask for. I shopped around and got estimates from other companies who tried to sell me more! So glad I went with A+!!
I have hired A+ several years in a row because they are the best in my opinion. My house, deck, lots of stairs and everything else looks brand new after they are completed. I especially like the professionalism and customer centered communication from the team when they are on my property. I would not use any other company!
