Aaron answered the phone when i called, which was a change from most services. John arrived early within the 1-4 PM time window. He listened to my needs and gave me a few choices on possible solutions (problem with an outside faucet both outside and inside access for winter shut-off.) He gave me two price estimates depending on what I wanted done and was willing to pay. He was very personable and kept me informed during the job.
I'd definitely use Maffet again (and have once previously.)
I had an emergency on Friday that needed immediate attention, so I randomly called Maffet Plumbing—and I’m very glad I did. They were able to get someone out right away, and the pricing was very reasonable. The overall service was excellent. I would highly recommend Maffet Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.
My landscaper hired Maffet Plumbing to run the lines from inside the house to the outside for a new sprinkler system to our lawn. I was glad he did because their professionalism and craftsmanship were excellent.
David first came by and did a complete review of what work needed to be done. He fully explained what was needed and answered all of my questions.
