I had the opportunity to speak with Nancy today. She took the time over the phone to guide me through a quick system check and came to the conclusion that my problem is with the utility company. I just want to thank her for helping me. I appreciate her honesty. Although Kaitanna did not install my solar system, they will be the first and only call I make for service.

We did substantial research before selecting Kaitanna and were very happy with the installation process. We are seeing a deduction in our electric bills, and the true test was a couple weeks ago when the power went out on a Friday evening. Our solar is set up to power our finished garage, so as soon as the power went out we headed out to the garage where it was toasty warm, the beer was cold, and the lights were on!! Several neighbors came over (since they had no power) and we had an impromptu party while we waited for the lights to come on. Great benefits to having our solar panels.

This was my first experience with the company. I stopped in to the office in my town. Jenn gave me a thorough overview of the possibility of installing solar panels. I now feel I have an accurate perspective of the process from what it would cost to the interaction with the electric company. At this time, the electric company has closed the grid where I live to new solar as they are upgrading parts of their system. When my street opens up again, I will engage with Kaitanna on installation. As far as first impressions go, mine was very positive and informing!
