MLAH and Dr. Angelino did a great job and were very understanding and helpful with my 16 y/o senior female Springer. My dog Lexxi had arthritis in her hind legs and lots of pain in her left front leg causing a limp Lex went there a couple of times but couldn't get any better. She was 16 so it was time for her to rest. Dr. Angelino and the great techs are so kind and caring they helped me through the tough tough process of putting her down. I highly recommend MLAH if you need pet care Everything is above board and top shelf. I would like to thank them very much for taking care of my sweet loving little girly and smoothing the transition
If I could give no stars or negative I would. I was flat out lied to by a dr who said she wasn't the Dr needed at the time of treatment, she was in fact the Dr that was needed. My otherwise healthy 8yr old dog was euthanized that night, but not before they told me they wouldnt be doing that until i paid them something, so i gave them litterally every penny i had, in cash, in the appt room, then they walked out and the dr came back and gave him the good stuff to get him relaxed and calm and was ready to give the final injection directly after, i begged and begged her to let him relax and close his eyes before doing so, i was informed that his eyes wouldnt close even though he had just been given a sedative and then another sedative. She finally gave him a frw moments and i was able to tell him i love him, and it was ok to relax and go to sleep wich he did, then she gave him the final injection. Myself, and my pet were treated less than because it was a very hot summer night and at midnight we were both sweaty and covered in sand/Bay water. I was treated less than because my 110lb dog hadn't been groomed in 3 months due to lay off and his nails were overgrown. I was treated the same way due to him being almost to the day 3 months overdue on his shots, due to layoff. No nurse or vet treated us with any kind of courtesy or compassion from the moment we walked in, to the moment I walked out. Keep sending those collections letters to a house I've long since moved from. My credit score be damned, YOU'LL NEVER SEE A CENT OF IT.
