The Horizon Services representative was excellent in servicing my heating system. He proceeded in a very professional way. His name was Amari Munn and I have requested to have him come back next April to service our cooling system.
The technician Fran that came out today was great . He was very thorough and knowledgeable and cleaned up after the service. He answered all my questions and also emailed me pictures of the services performed and explained everything to Detail .
Fran Piatkowski is the tech that came out to my house he was great he did a 5 star job and explained everything in detail to us he was here just for a maintenance visit in my heater
