Brad was able to schedule us quickly and arrived promptly. Although the dishwasher wound up not needing repair- Felt Brad was sharp, knowledgeable and personable - will absolutely call him again for our next appliance repair!!

Brad provided excellent service. We had a problem with our dryer. I called him at 8 am and he was at our house diagnosing the problem that same day. He was able to turn around and come back to fix the issue the next day. The only reason he wasn’t able to fix it that day was because we needed a special part. When it turned out we needed a rare part he found it quickly and provided excellent communication and pricing to get the job done. I also greatly appreciate that Brad knew how to dismantle our dryer temporarily in the meantime and keep our family safe from an overheating dryer.
