I went to the Mavis in Great Neck for a mix of services — tires, alignment, oil change, battery, and some general repair work — and overall it was a solid experience. Andrew was the one who helped me, and he was straightforward and easy to deal with. He explained what actually needed to be done without pushing anything unnecessary.
The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the car drove noticeably better afterward, especially after the alignment. Pricing felt fair for the amount of work that was done, which I appreciated since car repairs can add up fast.
