“I just visited the Sparta location for the first time today at noon. . Super clean and Laurel was lovely. I had a dip manicure and pedicure and she did a great job! My only complaint which is why 4 out of 5 - the front desk wasn't all too friendly when checking out. This younger brunette rang me up and she barely said two words to me. I asked if I can leave tip on the card and she said "No, we don't do that". Ok, no problem. So I went to go leave money Laurel and couldn't find her. There was another girl in the back that said you are supposed to leave tip in an envelope at the front desk. The brunette at the desk could have explained to me the tipping process as I was a new client. I left the tip and gave it to her and didn't say a word. Nothing - have a great day would have been nice. Very rude. Service was great but your front desk needs some manners.“
