About Zufall Health - Morristown
Zufall Health is a NJ state-licensed, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, federally qualified health center that provides access to high-quality, affordable medical, dental, and behavioral care for people and communities who face barriers to care. Zufall also offers enabling services including eligibility assistance, case management, transportation, health literacy training, outreach, and translation. Annually, nearly 45,000 patients are served in various locations. While some patients experience long wait times when calling the office, the overall service and staff are praised, with specific mention of good doctors and nurses who provide timely and attentive care.
My first was beyond professional, and I felt I was in safe hands. But I just experienced something: the staff told me there is nothing they can do about my problem. I am scared and very vulnerable, but they shut me out in my most vulnerable time. This is a total turnaround from what I experienced, and it is totally unprofessional and unbecoming of a health provider. I am left wondering if I didn’t do something wrong or if it’s because I am an international African student. I don't know if I should call and ask for someone else to talk to or go to another site.
I had a family member with medical problems and no Health Insurance. I went to Zufall Health Center and from the time I walked through the doors he received the help that he needed. I am so grateful 🙏 for the help he received and is still receiving from there. Thank you soooooo much Zufall Health Center 🙏 ❤️
