My husband was taken into the procedure room in a few minutes. We waited about an hour for the results of the biopsy, which is about the normal wait. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
This whole experience was great! Every employee from receptionist to doctor were fantastic. They were polite, friendly,and super knowledgeable. Their professionalism made me feel at ease. I would 100% recommend this business. Wonderful people.
When I was told I needed to have a squamous cell carcinoma removed, I called and office and the women who scheduled my appointment was extremely friendly and set up a date. She also explained that there maybe a cancellation and if so she’d call me.
She did call and when I arrived everyone that I dealt with was so friendly and reassuring.
The doctor explained what he was going to do and he took out all of the bad tissue and after confirming he sewed me up and again explained everything I needed to do.
After he left the room the nurse who helped him explained how wonderful he is and felt he was an artist in his work.
