This is a long overdue review of an owner and business who goes above and beyond for his customers. We started using Willow French years ago when Laurence started his delivery service. The entire team from the drivers to the staff on Elm St are friendly and professional. We have never had an issue with the quality of dry-cleaning and want to point out some exceptional service. When my father passed unexpectedly, I called Laurence asking how quickly he could turnaround suits for my husband and sons for services. I have just picked up my roundly from the cleaners that includes a one particular garment that is difficult to deal with. The fabric shrinks if not handled carefully showing and edge of an underlining. The dress is perfect!
