ServiceMaster was wonderful to work with. After significant water damage from a condo sprinkler leak, part of our dining room ceiling and wall had to be opened up. Their team did an outstanding job restoring the space! It looks as if nothing ever happened. We’re so grateful for their excellent work.
ServiceMaster came out the next day to remediate our burst bathroom pipe and flooding into the basement after a deep freeze in late January. Andrew and his crew did amazing work, taking down flooring and walls and using professional strength machines to suck out the moisture from the upstairs and basement to prevent mold. It took about a week for remediation. Jason and his team took over for reconstruction and they have been meticulous, putting in new materials that make the basement and bathroom seem like the disaster never happened. John and his team were wonderful and easy to work with. They bent over backwards to work with our homeowners insurance and made sure the job was done right. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. You will be in good hands if they handle your restoration.
