The front desk staff is courteous and appropriately warm without being intrusive. My lashes look amazing and July always has the right touch. I am made to feel comfortable and relaxed and I typically wake myself up from snoring so loud, that is how peaceful and accommodating the experience is- July listens to me and makes me beautiful - she does exactly what I want and my lashes are naturally looking and stay long long time. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I came in at the last minute during the week because I had a terrible eyelash experience at another salon. I was almost in tears. I called Robert and he fit me in that same afternoon and the bad lashes were removed. I came back today to have them redone and they were done beautifully. I'm so happy with how they turned out. MIMO lash is a godsend! Clean, professional and a good atmosphere. I am thankful for the kindness and amazing service I received from Robert, July and Natalie.
Amazing work. I’ve gotten my lashes done at other salons in NYC for years and once in Summit, NJ. But MIMO Lash in Morristown is by far the best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had. They look so natural (which is what I asked for) yet subtly lush. And she was so delicate with me that I fell asleep. I usually avoid salons because I can’t relax but MIMO was clean and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and kind.
