We've been using JC Reiss for our glasses since 2006. They have always provided excellent service, good value for money, and treat us like family. Last fall, when my child developed headaches, we tried to get an appointment with our pediatric ophthalmologist. The best they could offer us was the end of this spring. I called JC Reiss, and they were able to fit us in within a few days. We got a new prescription, ordered the new lenses, and within a week, the new lenses arrived. They were cut to fit my child's frames, and my child was headache free within a day.

They are the best! They take the time to make things right. I have struggled for many years with my eyesight, especially reading. it felt like my eyes were working together. The Opthamologist would just change the script, and ignored mycontinued issues. I did have a prism in the glasses, which she ignored. Well, it needed updated and the Optometrist at JC Reiss got it right. The Opticians there are first class. THEY CARE! Yes, you may pay more, but this is your eyes. How much do you spend a day on coffee? Your eyes are worth more than that.

Terrific neighborhood eye center. Yesterday my prescription sunglasses frame popped a screw and lens fell out. The screw was gone. Walked into JC Reiss this morning and even though I had not purchased my glasses there, they quickly fixed them and polished them up. When I asked how much, they said no charge. I may not have bought my current pair there, but I absolutely will buy my next!
