Chris is a kind and hardworking man. He is honest, a great listener, and was committed to helping us get the house we wanted in the town we wanted. Chris is so willing to please. Chris worked late to help get paperwork in for us. He gave us perspective and hope when we felt discouraged. During home inspection, he had great ideas and referrals that made the process efficient. I trusted Chris and the people he recommended which made the process a lot less stressful. He was available by phone or text when we needed him. We are grateful for Chris and highly recommend him. Chris and his team were outstanding. From when we first started meeting with realtors, Chris stood out for his authenticity, his humility, and his ethics. Not only did he have deep experience in the NJ area in which we were selling, but he also spoke in a thoughtful way about our options and about everyone involved in the process. We also went through a tricky spot with our sale where we were almost under contract and then the buyer backed out, so we needed to pivot with our home sale strategy to avoid looking like an aging listing.
