I had the most amazing experience at Bluemercury, thanks to Claire! She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and truly attentive to my skincare needs. What really stood out was her kindness and the qualities that are often missing in customer service these days. Claire made me feel welcomed and cared for, and her recommendations were exactly what my skin needed. I highly recommend seeing her for all your skincare needs!

Kara and the rest of the Blue Mercury staff are exceptional! I was oblivious as to what kind of men's facial cream I should get. Kara educated me on what moisturizers I should be using for my face and body. Her knowledge and guidance helped make my experience at Blue Mercury so much easier. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best moisturizers and customer service.

This Bluemercury has the best selection! Everything I'm looking for is always in stock and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I love that the employees are really knowledgeable in the different products there and can help guide me, because that's definitely not the case in a lot of other cosmetics stores I've shopped in and it's a lifesaver in finding the right shades and types of products when I don't know where to start! I don't understand why the rating isn't higher because it's truly a great experience every time I shop here. They're dog friendly too which is always a plus :)
