Customers describe Absolute Roofing as an incredible company and an outstanding team of professionals. One reviewer knew nothing about replacing an old roof, and the team patiently explained the process and guided the new roof selection. The plan was clearly laid out beforehand, and the team was 100% available to help guide customers through the process. Absolute Roofing offered the best price and delivered a great product with excellent customer service. The company was very understanding of financial constraints and applied no pressure, supporting any decision. Once the decision was made, Absolute Roofing met timing commitments and performed the service with a courteous staff. The work was done quickly and the new roof looks beautiful. The team guided and helped through the entire project so the stress was on them, not the customer, and made sure the customer was not paying out of pocket for the roof. Absolute Roofing handled every aspect of the roof replacement with skill and great care, from handling the insurance claim to meeting with the adjuster to juggling all of the details from contract to installation. Customers highly recommend Absolute Roofing for insurance restoration or retail and have already referred several friends and neighbors.
