She treats our pets just like they're hers. A couple of years ago, our 16-year-old Husky-German Shepherd mix got cancer. Dr. Lorig was realistic about treatment options, compassionate, and answered every single one of our questions. Sadly, we had to consider our dog's quality of life -- which went down quickly -- and Dr. Lorig followed up with us to express her deepest condolences. She goes above and beyond, answers every single one of our questions, and our pets absolutely love her. You can tell she loves what she does, and believes in what she does as well. The front-desk staff and the vet techs are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. There have been multiple situations where I had an issue with my pharmacy fulfilling a prescription (this is a problem with the pharmacy I use) and whenever I've called CAH, someone always goes the distance to make sure we get the issue resolved. They always do their best to fit us in as early as they can, follow up with us, and are absolutely always so friendly when we come into the office.
