Community Animal Hospital: Lee Michelle DVM

I have had to use Oradell for emergency trauma care on 3 different occasions. Each time they provided life saving care that ensured my pet came home happy and healthy. They have always been nothing but transparent, professional and caring in my experiences with them. During this most recent stay Dr. Belaunde kept us up to date with extremely detailed information and photos of our pet in a manner I would consider above and beyond typical standards of care. She helped us feel comfortable with the after care and follow up process. I cannot recommend this place enough and there’s no one I trust more for emergency veterinary care.

The entire staff was professional and courteous while we went through treatment for our dog's cancer diagnosis. Treatments were offered, updates constantly provided, and unknown to me but discovered during an annual wellness checkup with our primary vet, they had been providing updates the entire time. The entire staff made a stressful and surprising diagnosis easy to navigate.

This really is a great facility. I highly recommend this hospital. My husband and I joked about how this place is much better than ER for humans. Seriously though, from checking in to consultation with doctors and to checking out, everything was done professionally and with respect and care. They were also transparent about prices for each test and procedure up front (plus pros and cons of each option) and helped us make an informed decision. The facility is very clean and well-organized.
