Horrible place to work honestly. The owner is very verbally abusive towards his support coordinators and families. The culture of this work place is very toxic. I can't think of anything good to say about this place honestly. I pray that the higher ups change their approach towards people, because they have the potential to be a great company but the owner needs to fix his attitude.

This DDD agency has provided great service to my son. There was some high turnover in the industry but that has been resolved. Kim C. was a former colleague who left due to performance issues. The person who now replaced her is professional and pleasant.

High employee turnover due to authoritarian administrator. Time off is limited. I wouldn't recommend anyone work here, let alone use their services. They only care about the money, not the clients.
