I had the pleasure of hiring Joy Singh from One2One Meditation for our monthly women's activity, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Joy met my expectations. She guided our group through the foundations of a meditation session, and everyone walked away with a deeper understanding of the practice. What I appreciated most was that it wasn’t just about the meditation itself, but also about providing practical tools to integrate mindfulness into our daily lives. Joy's approach was both thoughtful and accessible, making it easy for everyone to continue the practice after our session.
It's been over year since my initial Awakening Session with Joy and I'm so happy I found her. Although I can't get into a deep meditation like others (yet), I use Joy's teachings as a way of creating inner peace and calm in myself. Even after our session, she has been in contact with me numerous times whenever she gets any deep thoughts or feelings she may want to share. I truly cherish those texts and emails we have together and I can't thank her enough for opening my eyes to something I have never experienced before.

I met Joy about 5 years back when I, it almost seems randomly, found her website online. I was motivated to register for the so-called, “Awakened Session”. I did not know what to expect! However, I left the session feeling like something truly happened. I had gone into a deep space of meditation, while sitting in the living room/ studio, a place that I would later associate with an experience of what I call, Qi, and Joy seemed to understand that it was my OWN inner meditation energy which allowed this deep experience.
