John first came to our attention when he helped my parents (seniors) with their house as they prepared to sell it. He was honest, he did what he said he was going to do (incl phone calls & appts) and he charged very reasonable fees. He treated my parents with respect and gave suggestions to make the work more efficient and/or save them cost. My partner and I hired him to replace screen door hinges and install a chain.
