Had an issue with heating system. Call n was able to get technician to come same day to diagnose n resolve the issues, circuit board n pressure replacement due to water clog. Overall great experience with technician and office administrator/coordinator.
Our central air failed on the hottest day of the year (Is it ever any other way? LOL). Gary came promptly and got us up and running. Needless to say, we are very grateful for his first-class, professional service.
I never write reviews but Ideal is a special place. We have had humidity in my home getting worse every year. Gary and his staff at Ideal could not have been better. They are compassionate, efficient, able to handle difficult situations, and just simply as good as it gets! I highly recommend them. They are an honest, hardworking establishment which almost doesn't exist any longer. Please use them!
